Scope: In 2016, UAB IT leadership sought to develop a comprehensive strategic plan that addressed each of the university’s mission pillars and establish a plan of work expanding the next 3-years. As this plan was developed there was extensive marketing collateral to support and communicate this initiative.
Deliverables: Large 36″ x 48″ wall chart summary of the comprehensive plan, printed for all IT Leadership and partners around campus. Annual report website. Supporting strategic videos that covered major initiative updates – 10 2-3 minute videos covering this topic in 2017.
Role(s): Graphic design, copywriting, photography, animation, video production, client communication and management.
