Scope: Provide a consistent path of information to onboard new employees. Wanted to showcase our expertise as well as culture. Result: Increased education for new hires, culture building for current employees and repeatable process with little maintenance.

I have also helped develop a Talent Management section of our department’s SharePoint site, our internal knowledge base that I oversee.
I frequently collaborate with this group to develop training materials and handouts that help prospective and current employees learn what they need to know to meet specific objectives such as getting hired into the department, setting goals, etc. Below are more examples of these deliverables I have provided to this department.
