Navajo Tacos

These are sooo yummy and super filling!

Serves 4Brown the ground beef.

While you are cooking the meat, start heating your oil in a deep pan and fill only about 1/3 and heat on medium heat. Start preparing your toppings. I love lettuce that is “shredded” and cut it very thinly.

Dice up some tomatoes.

Put the frozen rolls in a microwaveable bowl and microwave for 20 seconds. Then flip the rolls and microwave for another 20 seconds.

Combine 2 of the rolls together by pressing them together.

Slap the dough together until it is well combined.

Cook the dough in the oil for about 2 minutes and then flip.

You will continue this until both sides are golden like this. You can cook more dough in a larger pan if you like. Be sure not to heat your oil too much or the outside will cook too fast and the inside will still be a little doughy.

Move the bread to a plate covered with a paper towel. Pat down the bread to remove any excess oil.

Move the bread to a plate and cover with meat, cheese and any toppings you like! This has a lot of variety in each bite and is great on its own. Super delicious! Enjoy.
