We had this a lot growing up and honestly it’s hard to even call it a recipe because it’s so easy. You just dump, bake and go. It’s one of those meals for busy nights or after a long day and you need to get something on the table quick! I find it very handy to keep meals like this Frito Chili Casserole in our recipe box.

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Spray your casserole dish with cooking spray. Open one can of chili and spread on the bottom of the dish. Sprinkle one cup of Fritos evenly over the Chili. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of cheese. Repeat.

It’s seriously that easy. Serve with a side salad or veggie to make a complete meal. If you have any leftovers, it reheats well, just be sure to add some fresh Fritos!
