Homemade Real Fruit – Tiger’s Blood Snow Cone Syrup

Hip & Simple Creativity

The other day I was talking to a friend about some vegetarian stuffed peppers she made. I couldn’t stop thinking about them and started coming up with all sorts of combinations to try out. These turned out awesome and even got a great review from Stephen.

I am so excited about our new backyard. This place has been a point of shame and just plain gross most of our time living in our home. I will be very honest with you, our backyard has been mostly just a dog poop haven. Sometimes it has been so bad that I haven’t even wanted to open the windows. This year was my first Mother’s day. Stephen told me he had something planned but wouldn’t tell me what it was. He made me breakfast, french toast with Great Harvest Cinnamon Burst bread. I forget sometimes how much beauty surrounds me in this state but sometimes it takes my breath away!

We have some aggressive financial plans going on and are trying to improve ourselves and meet some new goals. But another thing is the food isn’t usually healthy and more often than not it doesn’t even taste good so why waste the money! [Read more…]
